Introduction

Seminar Sign Up Upload is a plugin created by Chambury that allows site admins to import seminar attendees records from a CSV file. 

Below you will find a video Userguide that will show you how use both the seminar and delegates uploads in Totara to allow you to add users and seminar events in bulk.



Steps for Using Seminar Sign Up Upload

  1. Create a CSV file with the required columns, including courseidnumber, seminaridnumber, seminarfullname, seminarshortname, eventstartdate, eventstarttime, username, and status.
  2. Make sure the CSV file meets the specific requirements, such as character limits and formatting for dates and times.
  3. Upload the CSV file using the Seminar Sign Up Upload plugin.
  4. Verify that the seminar attendees have been imported correctly.
